Program: Express Yourself Everywhere (8-Week Group Program)

By purchasing Express Yourself Everywhere, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Program Scope

Express Yourself Everywhere includes:

Self-paced video course with the complete Empathetic Presence Framework

Unlimited Presence Labs (group practice sessions with rotating focus) for two (2) months - Labs occur three times a month

Step-by-step tools and frameworks in Miro for immediate implementation

Important timing details:

The program runs for eight (8) weeks from your start date

You have unlimited access to Presence Labs for two (2) months from your start date

Presence Labs are offered three times a month. You may attend as many as you'd like during your 2-month access period

If you cannot attend all Presence Labs during your 2-month access period, you will not receive additional access beyond the 2-month window

Course materials remain accessible for life, provided that PresentVoices continues to maintain the course platform. In the event that the course hosting platform ceases operations, becomes unavailable, or PresentVoices discontinues the platform for business reasons, access to course materials may be terminated. PresentVoices will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice and, where possible, alternative access to materials in such circumstances, but is not obligated to do so.

2. Scheduling & Availability

Presence Labs are held on a rotating schedule

The schedule for Presence Labs is set by PresentVoices and subject to change

Labs are first-come, first-served based on capacity

If you cannot attend a scheduled Presence Lab, you will not receive individual make-up sessions

Vacation periods: PresentVoices is closed the last two weeks of August and the last two weeks of December. If your 2-month program period overlaps with these dates, your live access will be extended by two weeks

3. Payment Terms

Payment due upon enrollment

Installment Plan (if offered):

Six equal payments of $160

Charged for 6 consecutive months

First installment due upon enrollment

By choosing any payment option, you agree to:

Enter into a binding payment agreement for the full package amount

Pay the full package amount regardless of your satisfaction with, participation in, or completion of the program

If selecting an installment plan, authorize automatic charges to your payment method on file for all scheduled payments

Installment plans cannot be canceled once enrolled.

The total amount is non-refundable and non-negotiable

If an installment payment fails, you have a three (3) day grace period to provide payment or access to the program will be suspended until payment is received. You remain legally obligated to complete all payments even if access is suspended.

4. Refund Policy

Due to the digital nature of this program and immediate access to course materials, no refunds will be issued once you enroll

Your payment obligation is binding and cannot be reversed, canceled, or refunded for any reason, including dissatisfaction with the program or inability to participate

5. Confidentiality

All coaching conversations within Presence Labs and community spaces are confidential

Participants agree to maintain confidentiality of what is shared by others in group settings

PresentVoices will not share details of your participation without your permission

If client stories are shared publicly, all identifying details will be changed to maintain anonymity

6. Community Guidelines

Participants agree to engage respectfully and constructively in all group settings

Harassment, discrimination, or disruptive behavior will result in immediate removal from the program without refund

You agree not to share login credentials or course materials with non-participants

7. Limited Liability & No Guarantees

You are responsible for implementing your own decisions, choices, actions, and results

PresentVoices provides coaching, education, and support, but does not guarantee specific outcomes or results

Results vary based on individual effort, circumstances, and application of the material

PresentVoices is not liable for any actions, inactions, or results stemming from your participation in this program

Coaching is not therapy, medical advice, legal advice, or financial advice. If you need professional services in those areas, please consult a licensed professional

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, frameworks, videos, and concepts provided by PresentVoices are proprietary

You may not record, copy, redistribute, resell, or claim these materials as your own

You may use the tools and frameworks for your personal and professional development

Sharing course login credentials with others is prohibited and will result in termination of access without refund

9. Assumption of Risk

You acknowledge that you are using the information and tools provided at your own discretion and risk

You are responsible for discerning how to apply the coaching and materials to your unique situation

10. Termination of Access

PresentVoices reserves the right to terminate your access to the program if you violate these terms, engage in harassment, share proprietary materials, or misuse the program

No refund will be issued in the event of termination due to violation of terms

Your payment obligation remains binding even if access is terminated

11. Technical Issues

PresentVoices will make reasonable efforts to ensure platform accessibility and resolve technical issues

PresentVoices is not responsible for issues beyond our control (internet connectivity, third-party platform failures, etc.)

12. Course Platform Availability

Course materials are hosted on third-party platforms

While PresentVoices intends to provide lifetime access to course materials, access is subject to the continued availability and operation of the hosting platform

PresentVoices is not liable for platform outages, closures, or discontinuation of services by third-party providers

In the event of permanent platform closure or discontinuation, PresentVoices will make reasonable efforts to notify participants and provide alternative access where feasible, but cannot guarantee continued access

13. Dispute Resolution

If any issue arises, please contact PresentVoices directly at lee@presentvoices.com

If we cannot resolve the issue amicably, you agree to submit the dispute to binding mediation before pursuing legal action

Any legal disputes will be governed by the laws of the State of New York

14. Severability

If any provision of these terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect

15. Agreement

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms & Conditions.
