Terms & Conditions: Express Yourself Everywhere
By checking the box and completing your purchase, you agree to these terms.
1. What’s included
Express Yourself Everywhere is a self-guided online course with video lessons and a personal toolbox whiteboard. If you chose the option with a 1:1 session, you also get one 60-minute session with Lee on Zoom.
2. Your 1:1 session (if purchased)
You must book your session within one (1) month of purchase. If it isn’t booked by then, the session is forfeited. Before your session, you’ll fill out a short questionnaire. Sessions are available Monday through Thursday, 10am to 6pm ET. To reschedule, give at least 24 hours’ notice; late cancellations and no-shows are forfeited. PresentVoices is closed the last two weeks of August and the last two weeks of December, and if your booking window overlaps those dates, it’s extended by two weeks.
3. Payment and refunds
All sales are final. Because you get immediate access to the course, refunds aren’t available. If you have questions before buying, email lee@presentvoices.com.
4. Course access
You have lifetime access for as long as PresentVoices maintains the course platform. If the platform shuts down or is discontinued, access may end. We’ll make reasonable efforts to give you notice and, where possible, another way to access the materials.
5. Using the materials
The course is for your own personal and professional growth. Please don’t share your login, or record, copy, or resell the materials. Doing so may end your access without a refund.
6. Confidentiality
What you share in your 1:1 session stays between us. If we ever share a client story, identifying details are changed.
7. Results
This course is educational. Your results depend on how you use it, and no specific outcome is guaranteed. It isn’t therapy, or medical, legal, or financial advice.
8. The fine print
If an issue comes up, contact lee@presentvoices.com first. If we can’t resolve it together, you agree to mediation before legal action, under New York law. If any part of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest still applies.
